This little fellow has the most amazing hat that keeps all of his little feathered friends happy every time he comes outside and goes for a flit about in the park. The design is done in several shades of blues greens and yellows. 
This is a 4.5x5.5 inch mixed media sheet paper. He was painted with acrylic paints and finished with a matte polyurethane spray. He is the original design.
