This fun, 12x4 inch canvas witchy design took several steps to create. First I needed to paint the canvas. A layer of mod-podge, scrapbook paper, several more layers of mod-podge and then the spackling, Then all it needed was just a slight amount of pearlmoon paint to highlight.
